yesterday i drove by an elementary school in dc called Horace Mann Elementary and their mascot was a centaur and it took me a second to make the connection and when i did i i almost started screaming but i was in the car with my coworker who i don’t know very well so i had to silently suffer for what felt like hours. horse man

People think it’s crazy to spend 2k on a fursuit, but think nothing about spending a shit ton more on permanent surgery and hormones.

What the fuck are you talking about. I’m pointing out that people think 2k is a ton of money to spend when it’s something related to a furry’s identity/disphoria, but think nothing of spending much more on their own. The hypocrisy of placing so much value on their own identity and comfort while attacking someone else’s. At no point did I say anything even close to what you did. And how the fuck is it life saving?

Do you think we take all this time drawing and roleplaying our characters for shits and giggles? A lot of us would give just about anything to be our characters. Yet there’s this, right here, everyone thinks we’re crazy. That our identities are less valid because we’re open and honest about our sexuality. We’re in the same boat as the trans community, and they want to shove us overboard.
